Data corrections

Include the county, state, plan name or plan ID, the number you believe is wrong, and a source we can check. CMS source files and plan notices are the fastest way to verify a correction. We will update the dataset and the changelog when the source confirms it.

What we can help with

• Correcting a county, plan name, carrier, or enrollment number.
• Accessibility problems with the site or the lookup tool.
• Questions about the methodology, sources, or data limitations.
• Licensed Medicare reviewers who want to review a page.

What we cannot do

We are not an insurance agency and we do not provide enrollment help, plan recommendations, or Medicare account support. For coverage questions, use Medicare Plan Finder, call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), or contact your local SHIP at 1-877-839-2675. Those services are free and can discuss your personal situation.

Privacy

Do not send a Social Security number, Medicare number, or full medical history by email. We do not need it, and email is not a secure place for it. Read the privacy policy for how the site handles data.
